The Stroblhof di Appiano is an enchanting estate, attached to the restaurant of the same name, a pleasant stop for the family, whenever the different holiday destinations in the South Tyrolean valleys are reached: this is where the Stroblohof winery confirms its excellent quality with this South Tyrolean sauvignon. We discovered it tasted; a good Sauvignon Blanc that brings back the taste and scent of South Tyrol in the glass.

Characteristics of the Sauvignon Nico Stroblhof wine

Great wine, bright straw yellow color. Strong scent of tomato leaf in the greenhouse, daisies and yellow flowers, freshly cut grass. Good minerality, acidity and sapidity in which all the aromas return. Excellent persistence. A very balanced wine.

Recommended pairings with Alto Adige white wine

Perfect for enhancing appetizers or fish-based first courses. Rice With Artichokes; asparagus, battered and fried courgettes; courgette flowers; typical South Tyrolean cheeses. Fresh fruit.

Uncork Sauvignon Nico and serve at 10 - 12°C, in Renano glass.
