Classic Method 72 months on yeasts, blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Splendid, very subtle and bombastic perlage. Bringing it to the nose you can appreciate the characteristic bready notes. Light hints of sweet spiciness. Gastronomic, it disappears in a few sips, perhaps even too elusive.
