Why I suggest Marith Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC 2022
Interesting Pinot Noir with all the credentials, albeit still too young. Characteristic color of beautiful transparency. On the nose and on the palate it is quite fine and enveloping. A few years to wait to find it elegant.
Sommelier:
Very good. Ruby ruby as per manual. Initially a lot of red cherry, raspberry, then spicy and licorice notes. There are also brackish and smoky notes. After a few minutes the fruit becomes ripe contrasted by an intense floral. Light, balanced, clean. In the mouth fruit, citrus fruits, spices return. Mineral. Elegant, it does its job, it does it well, it could be more daring
Suggested pairings:
Excellent Marith Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC 2022 Kornell with green dumplings seasoned with Gorgonzola cream, with asparagus, artichoke flan; Appetizers and snacks with boiled vegetables; Pan seared tuna, oysters; Medium-aged cheeses.
Uncork Marith Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC 2022 Kornell and decant before serving at a temperature of 14 - 16 ° C, in a Ballon glass.
Wine cellar:
