Recommended pairings for this Piedmontese red wine
Unmissable with 80% dark chocolate; with the Cremino; Excellent as an aperitif or digestive at the end of a meal; hot like mulled wine; with dry pastries. Uncork and serve at a temperature of 14 - 16°C.
