Sommelier:
The Bunch of Bosco Nestore is mainly produced from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, making the native variety red. The intense ruby red color has purple notes. The organoleptic characteristics of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo di Bosco Nestore are conferred from the area of origin, from clayey-calcareous soils that give the wine a balanced acidity and a marked flavor. Pleasantly fruity and sweet with strong hints of cherry, strawberry red plum and on the palate it is fresh, the tannins are soft and amalgamated for its slightly sweet note on the palate.
Suggested pairings:
wines recommended to accompany typically Mediterranean dishes, fresh pasta with meat sauce, vegetables, legume soups, red meat, roasted white meats, lamb with baked potatoes, salami and semi-mature cheeses.
Uncork and serve at 14 - 16 ° C in a Rhenish glass.
