Excellent Rosso di Montalcino which brilliantly passed the difficult test of the 2019 vintage, on the nose it expresses itself well with a rich and fruity bouquet, then followed by liquorice, a full-bodied sip and good tannin, in a few years it could be stellar!
Recommended pairings for this Toscana red wine
It goes well with fresh pasta and meat sauce, grilled meat; hard cheeses; Apulian taralli with wine; fresh fruit (percoca peach from San Ferdinando di Puglia).
Uncork and decant before serving the Brunello di Montalcino at a temperature of 16 - 18°C in a Ballon glass.
