Very clean, aromatic red Montalcino wine with excellent structure
Selection of some barrels. Glazed nose rich in red fruit, freshness but also a lot of elegance, on the palate it is extremely coherent, always elegant with a silky finish.
Recommended pairings for this Toscana red wine
Homemade pasta seasoned with mixed beef, lamb and veal sauce; grilled chicken breast; Florentine flatbread.
Uncork and decant two hours before serving Jacopo Rosso di Montalcino at a temperature of 18 - 20°C in a Ballon glass.
