Characteristics of the Vermentino Maisthrari by Bentu Wine
Floral and creamy aromas of vanilla. A touch of sea salt appears on the mid-palate. Overall a bit like a fruit yogurt, perhaps a kefir, once that salty minerality was considered. Long and delicious finish. "Vertical and tasty: rich, complex, balanced with minerality".
