Langhe DOC Bric Ginestra essential as is a basic Nebbiolo, like a Ryanair flight, no frillis, it concedes little to pimping, decisive and precise in its aromas and on the palate. Very interesting wine, which shows the importance of the place.
Characteristics of Nebbiolo wine:
This Nebbiolo from the Langhe originally from Monforte d'Alba has the aspiring qualities of Barolo. It has pepper, black cherries and sweet mocha on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with laurel, tea and cherry flavors and a very present acidity and tannic structure. Excellent wine that needs several hours of aeration to fully open.
