The Syrah Paladin, this wine stands out for its great personality and clarity. On the nose, it reveals aromas of jam and well-balanced spices, accompanied by an aftertaste of red fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. The flavor is full-bodied and soft, characterized by soft tannins, balance and a long persistence on the finish.
Recommended pairings with Syrah red wine
Syrah Paladin pairs perfectly with ribollita dishes; it can be enjoyed with aperitifs; he splendidly accompanies the troccoli on the guitar; red and white meats. It is also recommended with fish in sauce, croutons and cheese and cold cuts platters.
