This Prosecco will delight you with its delicate scent, the unmistakable brilliance, the flavour is dry and harmonious, and the pleasant clink of the bubbles that inhabit it.
The Sommelier: sparkling Wine obtained from Glera grapes and Chardonnay. Straw yellow color with good mousse and a persistent finish. Feeling olfactory pleasant, typically fruity with hints of green apple. Flavour dry and harmonious, elegantly sapid, pleasant and persistent.
Combinations recommended: Appetizers, creative salads of leaf vegetables. Excellent with sea urchins, raw fish, delicate risotti.
