Because the council apricot Brandy
The apricots coming from the Alto Adige, grows in the mountains, and their maturation takes place late: this allows a considerable accumulation of aromas. Raccepted mature rich fragrance are fermented and distilled slowly into the still, and with the experience from the master distiller Alexander Cavalin, produces the brandy from the crystal apricot, fruity, and delicate with a soft and harmonious taste.
TYPE: fruit brandy young;
SCENT: Delicate, elegant and slightly aromatic;
FLAVOUR: Dry and well-balanced, rightly alcoholic.
Alcohol content: 40% vol. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip small.
