This Grappa is soft, it is possible to obtain. A perfect fusion between the fineness of a product and its alcoholic power 40% Vol. The aromas and organoleptic characteristics of the exciting grapes of the Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze, extracted with method of distillation discontinuous bain-marie in small copper boilers. A great product, from shades of elegant and refined.

The Sommelier: Grappa obtained from the pomace of Glera, the Company's Conte Loredan Gasparini, coming from the grapes of the Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze. Orttima clarity and cleanliness, with a taste soft and elegant. On the nose one can perceive the feelings of great finesse and harmony, denoting a good frankness and typicality. Sensations, confirmed also at the level of the back-olfactory, in which the fragrance of the grape pomace is enhanced by a very good persistence and complexity.

Excellent as an accompaniment to a cigar, on average, aged from the base, sweet and aromatic.

Serve at a temperature of 12 -14°C in the chalice Tulip small.
