Characteristics of Ròss Bitter by Infermento Spirits
Ròss Bitter on the nose you can perceive the delicate freshness of the rice ferment, with hints of beer. On the palate an explosion of herbs and spices, with barrel sensations thanks to the brandy it is made of. The finish is persistent and long, with notes of quassio, cinchona and absinthe, as befits great bitters.
