Numerous ingredients together as per Sardinian recipe, in particular botanicals of gentian, angelica, wormwood, orange and lemon are used. Good alcohol content 25%, different extraction methods: cold maceration of dried plant; hot maceration (digestion) and steam distillation.
Sommelier:
From the natural colors of the plants, a beautiful orange shade. On the nose, herbaceous and citrusy notes are perceived, on the whole it appears round and balanced. The herbaceous is somewhat bitter and well balanced. The central part contrasts bitter notes of gentian root and the wealth of botanicals that make it complex. Bitter aftertaste of bitter botanicals, attenuated by the freshness of citrus fruits.
