Wine produced with Aglianico del Vulture grapes (Irpinia) vinified off-white and made into sparkling wine using the Charmat method. Clear and crystalline vintage sparkling wine. The color is pale pink with fleeting foam and fine bubbles. Excellent consistency and alcohol content, 13.00% vol. In the mouth the wine transmits a marked acidity transforming into a perception of freshness and minerality. It turns out to be a soft, dry and well drinkable sparkling wine.
