Characteristics of the Syrah Bio wine by Baglio di Pianetto

A pleasant but very simple bottle. Dark ruby red, with intense purple reflections, delicate and spicy on the nose, with notes of green pepper and tobacco. In the mouth, the fruit emerges above all and immediately, cherry, blackberry and plum in particular, on a very sweet and smooth tannin, not very significant. The finish is discreet, acidic and with aromas of jam, licorice and cardamom.

Recommended pairings for this Sicilia red wine

Red meats: Argentinean sliced beef, Florentine steak, Pachino tomato sauces with homemade pasta, mature cheeses.

Uncork and serve at a temperature of 14°- 16°C in a Tulipano glass.
