A white organic wine produced in Pianetto from Viognier grapes. Dry white, good softness on the palate with a long aromatic persistence. A vine that has adapted to clayey soils with little skeleton, and to the hot days in Sicily.
Characteristics of the Viognier Bio wine by Baglio di Pianetto
An exceptionally extraordinary wine for its successful adaptation to the Sicilian climate, great depth and aroma, yellow color like gold, floral scents of rose, notes of bread crust. Full and spicy, with citrus notes. Excellent alcohol content 12.50% vol.
Recommended pairings for this white wine Sicilia DOC
Dishes based on blue fish; fresh cheeses, aged and blue cheeses.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 10°- 12°C in a Renano glass.
