The Falanghina of Santacosta is a wine with a unique character. Light yellow colour, and reflections, greenish, the scent of the varietal intense flowers, fruit, and flowers of the hawthorn. The taste is fresh, mineral, balanced, very drinkable.

Combinations recommended

Fish dishes, Scallops, crazy water, rice, cold grilled vegetables, red Chicory scalded with polenta, spicy cheese and/or cheese with herbs, parmesan cheese, Toma cheese, Caciocavallo and ricotta cheese.

Uncork and serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in goblets, Tulip shaped.
