Why I suggest Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio White DOP

The wine poetic, the vineyards, facing the Gulf of Naples at the back of the mansion that was the home of the poet Giacomo Leopardi , inspired the poem “La Ginestra”.

The Sommelier: Blend of white grapes of the three varieties: Coda di volpe, Falanghina and Greco. White wine colour straw-yellow with greenish reflections, clear and calm. Smells of almond blossom is of medium intensity. Ssteam dry, with good acidity and minerality, robust, fresh, and pleasant the final, in the complex harmonic.

Combinations recommended: Great food wine , very versatile to combine with fish dishes in general, monkfish, turbot, crayfish and squid, clams and date shells, sea urchins, peppered mussels, raw fish. Delicate " risotto and linguine with clams.
