Appetizer from the Apulian farmers' garden. A centuries-old tradition, that of collecting all the vegetables in excess of daily consumption for the preparation of fragrant soups and minestrone. The housewives left nothing that was lost. Continuing the consumption of summer vegetables even during the long winter made the pantry rich. Even today the traditional vegetable preserves from the garden whet the appetite for an aperitif, or the aperitif is enriched with flavor and color.

Ingredients:

Aubergines, musk mushrooms (Volvaria Volvacea), olives, artichokes, peppers, 60% rehydrated dried tomatoes; 32% sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid; Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.

Use them to enrich the courses of your main courses, for example: side dishes, appetizers. They turn out to be an excellent sauce for pizza.

How to store the Rustic Appetizer after opening.

After opening the jar of the non-consumed Rustic Antipasto, it can be stored outside the fridge, it is important that the product is completely immersed in the oil; if necessary, add just enough oil that you have available at home.
