From 1972, in that family "Casale", the idea of bringing love for my land and its products to tables all over the world was born !!
1982 - This is the year of birth of the company Dispac srl, an idea born almost thirty years earlier from the passion of a family for its land "the Tavoliere di Puglia". Land rich in history, nature and culture of good food. The founder of the Dispac, Giuseppe di Fidio inherited from his father, Eugenio di Fidio, a lawyer for studies and farmer by passion, a thriving farm with an old farmhouse in the center. The passion is realized when the desire to combine local traditions and technology is born, so the Dispac was born. In fact, what follows is an almost obligatory step, to complete the production process that leads to the final consumer through the transformation and conservation of the best products using techniques developed after years of experience. Dispac realizes this dream of exporting the goodness and tradition of our land all over the world and that continues with the three sons of the owner in the current project. We talk about idea, project, because we like to think of something always evolving, moving, constantly growing that never stops. The firm points of this project are the love for our land, the attention to the best products, our customers and our professionalism. In fact, the pride of our production are the "Bella di Cerignola" olives, of our 50 hectare farm, cultivated with care and attention to select the best product to offer to our customers. But in all our raw materials we guarantee quality, from our grilled vegetables, to the "Italian" dried tomatoes, to the various specialties proposed. Naturally, the focus on raw materials has not made us forget the importance of the third focal factor to achieve 100% the initial project that is at the base of our company. The customer is always at the center of our project, customer satisfaction is essential and to do so we must study the markets in depth without forgetting the individuality represented by the different national and local realities. And now we come to the last point, professionalism. Only by surrounding ourselves with qualified personnel can a discourse of continuity be obtained to realize all the points of the initial idea. Maintaining a continuous dialogue between the various phases that arise from the design of a new product, to the realization up to the sale and to the satisfaction of the final customer.
