La Bella di Cerignola or "La Bella della Daunia". The Olive from the Tavoliere di Capitanata dates back to 1400 introduced by the Aragonese, from Spain. Fruit characterized by very large size, consistent and fibrous pulp, preserved in brine.
Daily consumption: aperitif with non-alcoholic, preparation of appetizers, with Apulian scaldatelli taralli with wine.
