This is very unique. It looks and tastes like a red but clearly isn't. A special Garganega from Valpolicella.
Characteristics of the White wine of Casal di Cà La Bionda
It has a Chardonnay type smell but not a Chardonnay flavor. In the mouth it is very light with a clean and simple finish. The front of the tongue is made of apricot and peach grass straw. The center is citrus apple green stone with a light chalk at the end. It reverberates for almost minutes. Incredibly good and full-bodied like a red wine!
Recommended pairings for this Casal Veronese IGT white wine Veneto
Good with snails. Perfect with fish au gratin.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 12 - 14°C in a large glass.
