Why the winemaker recommends Rovellotti Morenico Colline Novaresi DOC 2022
Extraordinarily drinkable is this blend of Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Uva Rara. This is the "basic" product of Rovellotti, well known for its Ghemme, and it has proven to be anything but banal: in the mouth it is especially surprising for the extraordinary combination between the pleasant acidity of the Nebbiolo and the strong and very sugary fruit of the others grapes. Truly a versatile product, at a low price, which I will be happy to supply you with.
Characteristics of Morenico di Rovellotti wine
A very good everyday wine with a fine nose and fantastic drinkability. Simplicity in the glass. Nebbiolo, vespolina and rare grapes (if I'm not mistaken), a delicious wine that without frills offers aromas of red and violet fruits and then raspberries. If you smell it carefully, the scent of the cellar of the Rovellotti brothers comes out, who with love and intelligence produce excellent wines that speak of the territory. Great harmony on the palate, everything comes back. Well structured, simple, very well done.

Excellent to accompany from aperitifs to white and red meat dishes; polenta and mushrooms. It goes well with stuffed peppers.
