Bionzo Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG of La Carlina good Barbera, clean cherry forward with important tannins and also dark fruit. Purple red color, on the palate it corresponds to the bouquet with notes of cherry, black cherry, licorice, oak. Medium body, good finish. Let him breathe a little more into the glass.

Cellar
La Carlina is a family-run winery founded in 2014 by the brothers Camilla and Francesco Scavino. Young recruits aiming at eco-sustainable organic viticulture, certified since 2015, which respects the environment and natural cycles. We do not use chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides but sulphur, copper and organic manure.
