Why the winemaker recommends Lunae Numero Chiuso Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC 2021
Extraordinary, this is not an exaggeration, it will reach 95 points and touch the upper border of intensity and complexity. From the color to the last drop in the throat, it is a Ligurian Vermentino that surprises you, evidently thanks to a project thought out and carried out in the best possible way, in addition to the raw material of a certain quality. A structured and important gold that starts from the hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit and a pleasant minerality and then sublimates in an incensed mouth. Lunae raises the bar with this selection.
Characteristics of Lunae Vermentino Numero Chiuso wine
The most important Vermentino is structured by the Lunae winery. Vermentino Numero Chiuso a triumph of ever-changing sensations in constant evolution which is appreciated for its aromatic dynamism and olfactory complexity. Long-lived wine, properly structured, ample, characterized by a bewitching mineral imprint and endowed with a lively expressiveness. The olfactory bouquet is complex with notes of resin, flint, thyme, rock salt, lemon, elderberry and peach. On the palate there are hints of pineapple, acacia honey, lime, bark, candied fruit, pear and iodine hints. Long finish.
