Why the winemaker recommends Vietti Arneis Roero DOCG
Excellent bottle for a classic Roero Arneis and Vietti is a sure thing. White wine from grapes coming from the Roero area, clay soil which is completely reflected in the hint of mineral notes. I would also suggest it for an aperitif.
Characteristics of Vietti Arneis wine
Great Arneis, pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Olfactory impact of great elegance and verticality, citrus fruits, wild flowers, mineral presence that smells of graphite, delicate aromatic herbs. In the mouth it confirms this great tension, with the initial freshness that pushes and expands on the fruity returns, and the strong but excellently refined flavor that characterizes the sip, of excellent length.
Recommended pairings for this Arneis Roero DOCG 2023 white wine Piemonte
Perfect as a still aperitif. Excellent throughout the meal but best expressed with red tuna.
Uncork an Arneis DOCG and serve at a temperature of 14°-15°C in a Tulipano glass.
Vietti winery
Each wine is the result of artisanal work, understanding and interpretation of each individual terroir hence the Masseria in Barbaresco, Scarrone and Vigna Vecchia in Barbera d'Alba, La Crena in Barbera d'Asti.
Vietti is thus the place where the intelligence of the hands, applied in the vineyard and in the cellar, meets vision.
