Aurelia Rivetti wine on the palate you can notice the mixing of the lees. A wonderful experience with the beautiful juicy, fragrant, mineral white wine from the Langhe.

The fine Piedmontese white wine is suitable for tasty first courses such as paccheri and seafood; linguine and clams; excellent with semi-hard ''Piedmontese Toma'' cheeses, black rind Asiago; fennel salad in dip.
