The Veronelli guide is never wrong! Simply excellent! A real pleasure to delight the palate with this Ca' Veja Nebbiolo. A little difficult in the combinations clearly but it appears ready and with the feeling that it can last several years at this level.
Characteristics of Paitin Ca' Veja Nebbiolo wine
Nebbiolo aged in wood, complexity on the nose, very fragrant fruit notes. Excellent balance in the mouth, warm and with notable structure. Tannins and acidity in good evidence which make this Nebbiolo extremely drinkable and of quality, persistent. On the sip and on the nose it is truly an exceptional Nebbiolo, truly a pleasure.
