Characteristics of the Campo Grande Monte Tondo wine
Corvina and Rondinella grapes, 18 months of aging in barrels. A fresh, fruity, slightly spicy and not too oaky review. Medium body, low tannins and a nice refreshing acidity. Relatively long aftertaste with smoke, spice and even some lingering licorice notes. Good in everything.

Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Campo Grande 2022 Monte Tondo with grilled cuttlefish; porchetta: Sfriullo of fresh sausage; tomato and bacon; livers with Zapponeta onion: pappardelle with meat sauce; cheese; dried fruit (almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts), Bronte pistachio nougat.
Uncork Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Monte Tondo and decant before serving at a temperature of 16 - 18°C in a large Ballon goblet.
