Why I suggest Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Riserva 2017
A Signor Amarone, still evolving / maturing, immediately exalts the palate with notes of plum and blackberry. It then evolves into hazelnut, cocoa and finally spices and that only a big red can give. Infinity.
Sommelier:
Deep ruby dark. Blackberry and candied cherry. Large chopped tobacco Spicy and woody Liquorice jelly. Chocolate and coffee powder. High intensity. Mouthcoat full body sweet and very strong attack. Very intense. Soft rounded tannins. Just like the nose, coarse tobacco and licorice. Very long fruity perch and licorice.
Recommended pairings:
Amarone della Valpolicella Docg Riserva 2017 Monte Tondo with a grilled lamb; Sfriullo of fresh sausage and Pachino tomato; Troccoli with amatriciana; pappardelle cacio e pepe; gorgonzola cheese; dried fruit (almonds, walnuts and walnuts), nougat with Bronte pistachios.
Uncork Amarone della Valpolicella Docg Riserva 2017 Monte Tondo and decant before serving at a temperature of 18-20 ° C in a wide Ballon glass.
Winery:
Vineyards and rows of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, are planted in the hills of Monte Tenda, Monte Foscarino and Monte Tondo. Terraces have been created for their cultivation ...go to the card
