Sparkling Moscato IGT with a beautiful colour, atypical for the nose and palate. Great effervescence but not sparkling. Refreshing before dinner to relax!

Characteristics of Moscato wine:

Moscato Sparkling Capinera Gialla by Tommasi light gold color, medium clean nose, perfume, citrus. Sweet taste, medium-low acidity of medium body. Citrus, lime, green apples. Fuzzy bubbles on the jet but very light effervescence in the glass. A fun wine!

Suggested pairings with Moscato wine:

Yellow Capinera Sparkling Moscato by Tommasi. Ideal goes well with lemongrass chicken. Perfect with salad or fish.

Uncork and serve at a temperature of 13 - 15°C in a Chardonnay glass.
