Nero d'Avola grape wine comes from old sapling vineyards. The harpsichord reserves an expression of elegance and refinement, a vibrant sensation like the musical instrument whose strings vibrate as they move in the wind among the branches of the vineyards. Fine wine of the most important Sicilian variety, grown in the Noto area.
Characteristics of the Cembali Baglio di Pianetto wine
Cembali Nero d'Avola wine of excellent quality aged for 18 months and then another 36 months in the bottle. Intense vinous, fruity aroma of black cherry and blueberry; floral, and spicy aromas of chocolate, carob, cinnamon, even balsamic. Silky and elegant flavour, velvety tannins, quite warm, excellent alcohol content 14% vol., long and persistent finish.
