Characteristics of the Corvina Monte Tondo wine
Corvina and rondinella grapes, 18 months of aging in cask. A fresh, fruity, slightly spicy and not too oak ripasso. Medium body, low tannins and a pleasant refreshing acidity. Relatively long aftertaste with smoke, spices and even some lingering licorice notes. Good in everything.
