Why I suggest Amarone Classico della Valpolicella 2020
Always very structured, but at the same time elegant and harmonious. Refined despite the high alcohol content. Very persistent, it "beats" in the head but without hurting. He could still wait years before opening it but the evening with friends was convulsed.
Sommelier:
Dark ruby, with slightly garnet edges. Plums, blueberries, sweet and mentholated notes, then sweet tobacco and coffee. Soft and round taste, satisfying and complex. Tannins still harmonic. On the palate the glycerine softness is well integrated by freshness and persistence.
Recommended pairings:
Amarone Classico della Valpolicella 2020 Begali Pappardelle with wild boar meat sauce; roulades in speak and parmesan; caponata Siciliana; parmigiana, products from the vegetable garden; vegetables with and without pasta; cheeses hard pasta above all, for tasting accompanied with foggiani taralli and the Bella di Cerignola olives.
Uncork Amarone Classico della Valpolicella 2020 Begali and decant for two hours before serving at a temperature of 18-20 ° C, in a wide Ballon glass.
Winery:
In the Valpolicella area in San Pietro in Cariano, work to achieve the "Absolute Quality" goal that never loses sight and is always the same, year after year...Go to the card
