Why I suggest Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Classico Monte Ca' Bianca
Begali began to vinify its grapes in the 90s and since then has achieved remarkable results and awards. This Amarone made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes is still very good. My favorite for elegance and typical aromas that are realized with innumerable scents and are made in a grand finale of chocolate and liqueur chocolate. Fascinating and justly complex palate for a wine of 14 years from the harvest. Still fresh and seductive with a long finish.
Sommelier:
Impenetrable color, now more garnet than ruby. Very intense aroma, with hints of ripe fruit, but beware of balsamic. Tobacco, licorice and finally menthol and overripe fruits. The scent remains as promising on the palate. Robust and powerful, with hints of ripe fruit, licorice, tobacco and above all menthol. Dynamic and intense. Perfectly integrated tannins and very long finish.
Recommended pairings:

Uncork Amarone della Valpolicella DOC Classico Monte Ca' Bianca Begali and decant for two hours before serving at a temperature of 18-20 ° C, in a wide Ballon glass.
Winery:
In the Valpolicella area in San Pietro in Cariano, I work to achieve the "absolute quality" goal that never loses sight and is always the same, year after year...Go to the card
