Why I suggest Corpo Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG
Well prepared, balanced product, despite not being well known and having a sustainable price, this wine is in all respects an amarone. With great personality without being too intrusive.
Sommelier:
Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Ripe red fruit, blackberry, plum, cherry in alcohol on the nose. Spicy hints, pepper, vanilla, tobacco, musk are enhanced with the passage of time in the glass. Tannic on the palate, good balance, persistent, warm-bodied and enveloping. In the finish there are hints of fruity and spicy. Excellent Amarone for quality and price.
Recommended pairings:
To a dish of mushrooms and baked potatoes it added value to the dinner.
Uncork before serving at the ideal temperature of 17 - 18 ° C. in a large Ballon glass.
Wine cellar:
The Canoso winery has turned its gaze "towards" its customers, who are eager to discover "beyond" their own taste in drinking wine, and reach "step by step" the source of production of each Canoso wine...Go to the card
