Why the oenologist recommends Endrizzi Dalis Bianco
White Cuvée Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Dalis from Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Nosiola vines, the practice of vinification has made it possible to enclose in this wine Trentino the pedoclimatic and organoleptic characteristics of each collection area: Masetto and Maso for the Chardonnay, Coveli for the Sauvignon blanc, They press for the Nosiola.
Sensory Profile
Vineyards & Wine of the Dolomites whose freshness is innate from the territory rich in minerals. Dalis Bianco Cuvée Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, good consistency and alcohol content, 12.50% vol. Intense aroma defined as floral, with notes of elderberry, acacia, green apple, cedar peel. Excellent acidity flows into freshness, with good persistence and intense personal aftertaste.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines
Excellent Bianco Cuvée on linguine with lobster, clams, peppery mussels from Taranto. With snails and mint, mussels from Taranto, raw fish and shellfish, Dalis Bianco Cuvée excellent to accompany appetizers of raw ham and melon, mountain cheeses; vegetable omelettes, tomato salads.
