The origin of Masetto Dulcis “Sweet and Noble's liquid Gold”, is inherent in the sweetness of the candied fruit notes of the Moscato Giallo and withered; the seductive and Noble Cabernet Sauvignon, the rinds of citrus fruits and the Golden twinkle of Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer, complete with the aromatic notes and spices of the Rhine Riesling, that will enchant you from the first sip.

Sensory Profile

Blend of dried grapes of the Dolomites, Moscato Giallo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer, golden yellow color. A meditation wine with a big personality. Not excessive in alcohol, alcohol 10,50 %, and 160 g/l residual sugar. The elegance of the scents alternate and are easily distinguishable: candied fruit, citrus peel, aromatic herbs, acacia, hull walnut, vanilla and scents of honey. The flavour is sweet and enveloping, fresh, good acidity, with perfect compliance in the final of the olfactory notes citrus and the flavor of caramel

Excellent Masetto Dulcis on dry pastries, almond, alone, or accompanied with cheeses, blue-veined cheeses, goat cheeses, Gorgonzola, and Stilton.

Uncork immediately before serving and serve at a temperature 10 °C. in a chalice, Tulip-small.
