Characteristics of Bombino white wine:
Le Valli is a Bombino Bianco wine from the Cavalli farm, on clayey-limestone soil. Apulian white wine with a bright paper yellow colour. Intense, discreet and complex aroma, banana exotic fruit scent. Savory palate with acidic shoulder as a support, fairly soft and adequate alcohol content.
Suggested pairings with Bombino white wine:
Tasty plate of spaghetti with fish sauce, stuffed cuttlefish, linguina with crab meat.
Uncork Le Valli Bombino Bianco and serve at a temperature of 12 - 14 ° C, in a Tulipano glass.
