Description

Why I suggest Terre di Caccia Black Troy I.G.T.

For the Love of a landscape, rich of gastronomic traditions and cultural heritage. Love the quality of life livable in the sun, in the vastness of the countryside, the sea along the 400 km of coastline.

The Sommelier: Terre di Caccia  I.G.T. wine obtained from uva di troia color red ruby. Of great school, great density and a mix of spices and plum, which gently receives the sense of smell.

Sensations: a mass of black fruit, fabulously, glicerinosamente amaroneggiante and mature.

To the touch, with the papilla of the tongue of this rich and earthy solution, a viscosity of grasps its high weight (so register the tongue when the fruit is very concentrated: pulp dense and grain). Excellent in softness, its taste, the aroma softly balsamic to the speziosità and for the clarity wine of his transformation. Closing permanently persistent, to the power and the force of his majestic expression.

Food pairings: Match the Black Slut in dishes of cooked vegetables (turnip greens, orecchiette with broccoli, green cabbage, cabbage, cabbage, etc...) with the addition of salty anchovies and the hot chilli pepper, vegetable soups, pasta with meat sauce, red meats, seasoned cheeses, spicy salami from calabria (nduja, soppressata), bagels scaldatelli wine, good conversation.

Decant and serve in goblets very open, recommended temperature 18-20°C.

The cellar: The “Regia Dogana” is a farm of the Apulia region of Capitanata, producer of wines (Grand Cru... go to the card.
