The Sommelier:Wine, sparkling wine obtained from Glera grapes , ccolour straw yellow, limpid and with a light foam. Pleasant aroma, typically fruity. Flavour dry and harmonious.

Combinations recommended:Excellent with shellfish, with a langoustine crudo, raw ham seasoned with cheese from the alpine pastures. Ideal with vegetarian dishes or vegan, such as salads with fennel, creative salads that combine fruit and vegetables,with tofu cooked in many different ways. Indicated on risotto with asparagus, tops of hops, lasagne and pancakes, ravioli with herbs or with flowers.
