Why I suggest 12 anni Acquavite di Vino invecchiata Brandy Italiano
With many years of experiments on the ageing of the Brandies, the Distillery Mazzetti imagined to be able to give more softness to the then ‘Arzente’ high in barriques. In fact, the number of the 12 months of a year became the number of the years in which this wine distillate is refined with the contribution of the wood species most suitable. Thus, a grappa brandy amiable to also use the newspaper because of a rich bouquet and clean. Sips in which to find the traits still evident, with the primary aromas of the wine, seeing the intensity of long aging.
TYPOLOGY:
aged in Oak vats for 8 years with the following passage barriques for the remaining 4 years.
AROMAS:
floral aromas and notes of fresh fruit in the summer.
TASTE:
hints of vanilla and summer fruits (plums, peaches), notes of honey and aromatic with a persistent aromas of raisins, cherries and plum.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip small.
