Why I suggest Grappa di Chardonnay
The Grappa of Chardonnay is crystal-clear, extracted from the pomace of grapes and single grape wines. It has an aroma end well fruity, a perfume to the nose of red fruit with balsamic notes of aromatic herbs, has a taste for the elegant and harmonious.
TYPE: Dry, well-structured.
PERFUME: ample, rich.
TASTE sweet, floral, herbaceous, green apple and notes of peanuts, roasted.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip small.
