Why I suggest Grappa riserva Segni
Aromatic richness of the wood species of various barrels can leave intense “Signs” to the precious distillate that ages.
Five years of aging with a gradual transition in barrels of different woods and capabilities: Oak, Chestnut, Ash, Cherry, Mulberry and Juniper. This Grappa is concentrated to obtain a Grappa only with the same method that is applied in the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
TYPE:
Long ageing in small barrels of different woods.
AROMA: strong scents and persistent notes of violets, flowers of pomegranate.
TASTE: complex, elegant, harmonious, spicy notes of marasca cherry, blackberry, vanilla and herbs, and herbs of the types of wood used for aging, persistent finish.
Serve Grappa riserva Segni Mazzetti D'Altavilla at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip small.
