Why I suggest Grappa Intesa Brachetto e Dolcetto
The understanding between the two red grape varieties of the Alto Monferrato such as Dolcetto and Brachetto. From steep hills... to the Cellar for Aging, where the brandies of the two varieties "refine" thanks to the maturing process, natural temperature, in small Oak barrels.
TYPE:
Grappa aged in barrique.
SCENT: floral notes, fruity (red fruits of the forest) and spicy.
TASTE: decided and persistent.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip small.
