Why I suggest Fiano Sannio DOP
The Fiano is considered a varietal interesting and prestigious grapes of Campania and Puglia, little known unfortunately in the rest of Western Europe. Vine that naturally produces low yields, and usually favors the result of concentrating aromas, and has helped producers prevent it in the middle of the 20th century. Fortunately, Fiano has experienced a well-deserved renaissance.
