Aristocratic wine, expression of the territory in which it was produced.
The Sommelier: the Cortese Grapes 100%, great wine, clear, colorstraw-yellow with greenish reflections, alcohol12.50% Vol. On the nose, ample, fruity, with hints of lime. Taste fresh, soft, harmonious with a persistent finish.
Food pairings: Hors d'oeuvres, Mousse, trout caviar, seafood, shellfish, Shellfish, seafood Risotto,Snails bourguignonne, Cheese, and soft cheeses, Robiola, Crescenza, Stracchino.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip, the Rhine.
