Why I suggest Petramontis Muller Thurgau
From the terraces of the Cembra Valley, the Mountain wine par excellence, it conquers the heart.
The Sommelier: the Grapes 100% Müller Thurgau amazing pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, very good consistency with 12,50% Vol.; bouquet intense, with a hint of aromatic herbs, elderberry, tropical fruit and citrus. In the mouth, savoury, mineral, with a pleasant acidity typical of mountain wines, dry and persistent.
Food pairings: an Excellent wine as an aperitif and with appetizers based on cold cuts or raw fish. It accompanies first dishes with sauces based on fish, eggs, asparagus, or mushrooms; with flow rates of freshwater fish, such as trout or char.
Uncork immediately before serving and serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a goblet Rhine.
Wineries: the Valley of Cembra, the alpine landscape of rare beauty, the land of “heroic viticulture” of the Trentino-Alto Adige. Generations of wine-growers with the commitment they have built and shaped one of the most suggestive of Trentino. The Pellegrini family is an ambassador of the beauty and Villa Corniole is... go to the card.
